Most of our clients are those who are incarcerated and profess claims of innocence.
HFI fights for the release of innocent people who have been wrongfully
convicted. When all possible avenues of defense have been exhausted and the clients
are still fighting to prove their innocence, we stand with the families of the accused and get to work.
HFI will re-interview all witnesses and look for new eyewitnesses who may have
been over looked in some cases where eyewitnesses have provided
misidentification and the stress and trauma of police violence produce false
confessions. We return to the crime scene and go over all court documents and
evidence, both old and new. We provide courtroom representation.
